The brief
IT Mind is an HR consultancy. Their site had to present their services and run a live job board candidates could actually use.
It also had to run without us. New listings, applications and CVs needed to flow without a developer involved: the team posts, candidates apply, review starts.
What we built
An admin-posted job board with filters, sorting and CV-ready applications.
Admin adds listings from the back end. Candidates filter and sort to find relevant roles instead of scrolling one long list.
The application form collects structured details and accepts a CV upload, then alerts admin as soon as someone applies, with the CV attached.
