L1 Network Engineer
Network monitoring & first-line support for an international VoIP / network-operations client.
What you'll do
- Proactive network monitoring using alerting systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and triage for lower-priority (P3/P4) tickets.
- Checking basic port status and VLAN assignments.
- Escalating complex network issues to the L2 / L3 teams.
The details
- ₹80,000/month base, including standby allowance.
- Overtime at ₹750/hour, on prior approval.
- Shift timings set by the client; some flexibility expected.
- Weekly off Sat & Sun; Indian national holidays.
- 1 paid day/month + 8 sick days across the term.
- Start date: 1st August 2026.
