2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Lead Generation: Use market research and networking to find potential clients who need the agency’s services.
Client Pitches: Show prospective clients what the agency can do for them through engaging presentations.
Relationship Building: Keep in touch with clients regularly to build trust and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

3. Strategic Planning and Consulting
Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ marketing goals and challenges to tailor strategies that fit.
